This is a document management app that enables you to digitize and automate the end-to-end processing of different types of documents, e.g. invoices. The entire workflow consists of several steps, namely:

  • • Import documents from multiple sources, including manual uploads, email, Google Driveand SharePoint.
  • • Classify and split (if required) the imported documents. Several classification models based on machine learning and artificial intelligence are supported.
  • • Extract data from the classified documents. Several extraction models based on machine learning and artificial intelligence are supported.
  • • Check the document with human-in-the-loop (if required).
  • • Approve the checked documents (optionally with digital signature).
  • • Export data to a downloadable CSV file or to external systems including Business Central, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, SAP and Xero.
  • • View all documents in a dashboard with built-in data analytics.
